REDACTION: Choose an environmental issue you feel concerned about. write a letter to the mayor describing the problem, asking for action and suggesting solution

Dear Mayor,
I'm [Ton nom], I'm [Ton âge] years old and i'm in [Nom du lycée]. With my class, we went to the beach to study the sand and I noticed something.
They are rubbishes everywhere... It's make me feel sad because our beach is really beautiful and I think that we need to respect our nature. In the beach, I saw beer cans, pizza's cartons and glass bottles... 
To solve this problem, you should add some bins planted in the sand. And you should create a new rule. If someone throw a rubbish in the hand. He will got a fine of 10€. Moreover, you should create a new job. The employees will have to clean the beach 2 times a week.
I went into a panic while I saw many jellyfishes in the sand. I saw fishes imprisonned in cans. All the animals were dead, it's really sad...
