Firstly i want say nothing is perfect .The perfection don't exist in this world.
In my opinion create a perfect society is impossible because in society there are different peoples,different ideas.
Sometimes you can see different opinion and it's logic everybody is different and they have different ideas in their life they want improvement and everybody can't respect different rules even if it's one obligation they have their ideas.
