Qu'es ce que sa veut dire What about you?

Cela veut dire : 

Et vous ?  ou Et toi ?

Ou encore :
Qu'en pensez-vous ? ou Qu'en penses-tu ?

I want to you  eat  a sandwich. What about you?  
        je veux manger un sandwich,  et toi ?
I want to drink a soft drink.  And, you ?
       Je veux boir un boisson gazeuse, et toi ?    que tu veux ?
I like to jog in the morning.   How about you ?
       j'aime faire du jogging au matin, qu'est ce que tu fais ? 
I think that computers do good to us, what about you ?
      je pense que les ordinateurs nous font du bien, que pensez vous? 

What about you ?   means the following questions , it depends on the context.
    what do you want to do?
    what do you like ?
    what do you think ?
     what will you do ?
